The Challenges

What were their requirements?

Nmbile is a Life Sciences company that knows the importance of clear communication. They needed a translation partner who could expertly handle their complex content when localising their mobile app into French and Spanish. This was important in order to streamline their localisation process and reduce their developers’ workload.

Our Project Managers and Account Managers developed a tailored localisation process that ensured every content was localised accurately and effectively into both target languages.

We understood that Nmbile’s content was complex, so we provided our linguists with specialised training to ensure they could handle it, given that we knew the client required the localistion to be applied directly using their platform to streamline the process.

When our client Nmbile asked us to localise their app on their platform to help their developers, we knew we could take on the task. But there was a catch, and we had to adapt quickly to a new translation environment. Fortunately, our Project Managers are experts at understanding our client’s needs, and they immediately got to work

Our team faced a unique challenge when we were tasked with localising our client’s copy using their foreign platform. The challenge was in selecting the right linguists and ensuring that they could understand the platform. Building the right team was essential as communicating instructions to multiple linguists can be challenging, and all linguists needed to produce the same high-quality work.

Our Solution

Streamlining App Localisation

We knew that to succeed, we needed a customised solution. Our Project Managers worked closely with Nmbile to fully understand their requirements and challenges. Our Project Managers trained our translation team to work directly on Nmbile’s platform, ensuring that every content was accurately localised. Our team embraced the challenge, confident in their ability to deliver high-quality work within the new environment.

Building The Right Team of Translators

To overcome this challenge, we assigned a team of native linguists who are experts in localising content and comfortable with adapting to a new platform. We also provided them with training and support to ensure that they could work with the client’s platform effectively. With the right team in place, we were able to complete the task with ease and accuracy, meeting the client’s requirements and expectations.
